Spinal Cord Injury Annual Evaluation

We are informing you of YOUR UPCOMING SPINAL CORD INJURY ANNUAL EVALUATION APPOINTMENT. PLEASE BE AT THE SCI CLINIC AT 8 AM FOR LAB COLLECTION.

Typically, the day will last from 8am to 3pm to complete all evaluations. You will have thirty minute to one hour long appointments with the the following services:

1.            SCI Physician,

2.            SCI Physical and Occupational Therapists,

3.            SCI Social Worker

4.            SCI Psychologist

5.            Renal Ultrasound
